1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on 777up, or by accessing any part of our platform as a guest, you enter into a binding agreement with 777up and agree to be governed by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy — all of which are incorporated by reference.

2. Eligibility

To use 777up, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Do not share your password with friends, family, or anyone else.
• Do not allow others to use your account to deposit, play, or withdraw.
• Log out of your session if you are using a shared or public device.
• Report suspicious activity on your account without delay.

4. Deposits & Payments

777up accepts deposits in PKR through a range of locally supported payment methods including JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfers, debit and credit cards, and compatible mobile wallets. All deposits are credited in PKR and there are no hidden currency conversion charges applied by 777up.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. These limits may vary depending on the payment method selected. 777up does not charge a fee for processing deposits from its side, though your payment provider may apply their own charges — please check with your bank or wallet provider.

Deposits made in error (for example, sending to the wrong account) are not automatically reversed. If you believe a deposit has not been credited correctly, contact support within 48 hours with your transaction reference.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible. This is a standard anti-fraud measure to protect our players. If your original deposit method cannot receive funds, our support team will assist with an alternative arrangement.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, your account must be fully verified. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply per transaction. Withdrawals are reviewed and processed during business hours; exact processing times depend on the method selected.

General bonus rules that apply across all promotions:

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game — such as a disconnection, server error, or display failure — the round in question may be voided and any stake returned to your account. In cases where the outcome was recorded successfully on the server before the malfunction, that result stands.

• Players must not use any automated tools, bots, scripts, or exploits to gain an advantage.
• Collusion between players in multiplayer games is strictly prohibited.
• Deliberately exploiting a software bug or game error for financial gain is a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure.
• Sports betting markets operate under specific rules per sport and event type. Results are determined based on official sources and final scores.

10. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

11. Limitation of Liability

Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period may be subject to a dormancy policy. You will be notified before any dormancy fees are applied, if applicable.
